- • Prohibited Abuses: Non-consensual deepfakes, CSAM, fraud, illegal impersonation, and copyright infringement result in immediate termination without refund.
1Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using Extender.Video ("Extender.Video", "we", "us", or "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2Eligibility & Age Requirement (Strict 18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Extender.Video. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Due to legal regulations governing facial likenesses, minors, and biometric privacy (including COPPA), accounts identified as being operated by minors will be terminated immediately.
3User Content, Ownership & Limited License
You retain 100% ownership of all videos, prompts, and assets you submit to the Service ("User Content").
By submitting User Content to Extender.Video, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to reproduce, store, process, and transmit your User Content as necessary to perform the requested video extension, looping, or reframing operations.
- You own the User Content or possess all required licenses, consents, releases, and permissions.
- You have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable persons whose voice, image, or likeness appears in the video.
- Your submission does not violate or infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other proprietary rights.
4AI-Generated Outputs & Disclaimers
Because generative artificial intelligence models operate on probabilistic algorithms:
- Nature of Outputs: We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet specific artistic expectations, remain artifact-free, or be identical across repeated submissions.
- Commercial Use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Extender.Video assigns to you whatever rights, title, and interest we may hold in the generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your commercial use of outputs complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
- EU AI Act Transparency: In accordance with EU AI Act Article 50, synthetic media generated or extended through the Service retains embedded model provenance where applicable. You must not deliberately remove authenticity markers or mislead others regarding the synthetic nature of generated footage.
5Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree never to upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate content that involves:

Extender.Video complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe your copyrighted material is being processed or distributed without authorization, please consult our dedicated DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy or send a takedown notice to [email protected].
We enforce a strict Repeat Infringer Policy and will permanently terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights.
7Credits, Pricing & Billing
Extender.Video uses a credit-based model for AI video processing tasks. Generation runs deduct credits based on the chosen mode and resolution (e.g. 5 credits per 5s extension).
- Payments are processed securely by our authorized checkout partners (Whop and Freemius). Applicable VAT and sales taxes are collected at checkout.
- Promotional credits, if we offer any, are non-transferable and have no monetary cash value.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal in your dashboard settings.
8Refunds & EU Consumer Rights
Please review our full Refund Policy. Key principles include:
- Failed Generations: If an extension job fails due to an API timeout or platform error, credits are automatically restored to your account.
- EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver: For digital content/services, you expressly consent to immediate commencement of performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once processing begins.
9Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXTENDER.VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EXTENDER.VIDEO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
